TITLE: MULTI Media Designer
SCALE: SUPPORT staff SALARY scale (08)
CONTRACT DAYS: 210 days
Position Summary:
The Media Designer will be responsible for planning, visualizing and creating marketing materials based on the business needs and guidance from many different departments within SAS. These materials can be printed documents, or electronic or web-based media, and are used for a variety of purposes.
Supervised, evaluated by and reports to:
Marketing/Admissions Director
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Media Design
? Minimum of five years demonstrated experience in graphic creation in a communications setting or website design/management
? Experience using InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and HTML
? Experience with website management software
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
? Personal flexibility, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a work-till-the-job-is-done professional ethic
? Exceptional attention to details and to production schedules and deadlines
? Collegial ability to keep other project partners on-task and on-deadline
