Our Shanghai office has two (2) positions available for experienced Systems Engineers with good technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Reporting to the Services Manager, China;
· First Systems Engineer (SE1):
o Performing presales consulting to qualify customer opportunities, consider solution options and to help produce proposals;
o Performing project delivery (project planning, design and implementations);
o Providing support services for servers, business applications and networking issues ;
o Diagnosing, resolving/escalating, following-up and closing client IT problems by applying appropriate solutions to achieve service restoration;
o Communicating with third parties (e.g. Telecommunications Providers, Internet Service Providers and Hardware/Software Vendors) during problem resolutions;
