Head Chef Head Chef needed to join our company’s team of highly trained and well rounded managers in an exciting new Shanghai project. You will be heading a multi-faceted food concept that will serve a wide variety of different foods from Europe to Asia - full bakery, full counter service that will include but not limited to packaged foods that are hard to find in China. Successful candidate must posses strong leadership quality and experience in running a full kitchen including several satellite kitchens in one large area. You are required to have an extensive European food product knowledge and can blend this with all things modern Asian. You should have the ability to understand and relate P&L issues in a proactive way in a budget driven company that prides itself on service, quality and performance from all its high level managers.
