Title: Assistant TRAVEL COORDINATOR
SCALE: PRC SUPPORT STAFF SALARY SCALE (Admn – 06)
CONTRACT DAYS: PRC CONTRACT (12 MONTH)
Position summary:
The Secretary to the Travel Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Travel Coordinator on the Pudong Campus.
SUPERVISED, EVALUATED BY & REPORTS TO:
Travel Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
? College Diploma or Certificate or higher
? 2 - 3 years experience in an administrative role
? Good English and Mandarin communications skill
? Very good MS Office skills
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Ability to organize and prioritize work
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Perform various secretarial duties to ensure school travel functions smoothly on a daily basis
? Assist in all aspects of coordination of Cultural Trips to ensure safety and organization through thorough, detail-oriented performance
? Accurately input, maintain and generate travel data
? Other jobs as assigned
