Supplier management1. Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing lenses and or other materials and components in the eyewear industry.
2. Must have strong experience in the Lenses in particular. Must understand various types of materials used in lens manufacturing, and various types of coatings, and generally very familiar with all aspects of lenses for the sunglass market
3. Bachelor Degree or above
4. Requires ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans.
5. Knowledge of American eyewear consumer market.
6. Familiar with testing, safety, and FDA requirements for lenses.
7. Good English & PC skill
8. Need excellent communication skills
9. Need excellent negotiation skills
10. Hard working & team spirit
