At Least 5 years experience in the same position
- Europeans with designer background is preferable
- Expert in making woven and knitted garments
- Pattern making knowledge
- Expert in sewing techniques
- Knowledge of fabric (both knitted and woven)
- Able to evaluate a garment factory
- Able to manage a team of 6 QC’S
- Able to maintain the company quality standard
- Management skills
- Spoken mandarin: will be an advantage
- Written/spoken: English is a must
- Base in Shanghai
