- Search and Evaluate potential suppliers and form excel or word based profiles of suppliers
- Assist in the selection of the capable suppliers
- Form supplier pricing comparison charts and prepare summary reports
- Source new products by priority based on flexible work schedule
- Negotiate with suppliers about all commercial and logistics terms
- Follow up orders, and procurement process
- Assist in everyday activities of the office
