Job Description
1). Follow up company’s purchase project: search product and suppliers, supplier evaluation and filing.
2). Handle the complete procedure of order processing: inquiry, sample dispatch, place order, monitoring production/shipment schedule in communication with suppliers.
3). Quality control: on site quality inspection before shipment
4). Communication with suppliers to solve the problems in production, shipment and after delivery.
5). Other work assigned by GM.
Requirements -
a) College /University degree, major in engineering or international trade.
b) At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in trade industry, familiar with export process and material/ hardware purchase in China, advertising material purchasing experience preferred;
c) Fluent English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing;
d) Excellent communication ,negotiation and problem solving skills.
e) Good team player
