Qualifications: The candidate must be a native English speaker with experience and interest in the travel industry. Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus. Preferred experience in PR and E-Commerce Marketing. Strong writing skills and excellent phone skills. Extroverted and good communication abilities.
Duties include translation of advertisements of travel packages from Chinese to English, responding to English emails and phone inquiries/customer complaints, assisting in the creation of the STM English website, and developing awareness of STM services to potential foreign customers living in Shanghai.
