Motion Global's regional head office is situated in Shanghai with other offices & operations in Hong Kong, Europe and the USA. Our current team comprises of over 80 staff servicing our worldwide customers in over 10 languages.
Motion Global is seeking a fluent Dutch speaking candidate to join our Customer Service team.
The candidate will have the following competencies
- Fluent in Dutch with good writing skills
- Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Have a positive attitude with genuine desire to move forward in career
- Have excellent time management & documentation skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Have a valid VISA to stay in China
- Open to different call center shift hours.
The successful candidate will be performing the following
- Handle retail customer inquiries for the Dutch markets (depending on language skills Chinese or English Market as well)
- Deal with customers daily via Live Support, Email and Phone
