Motion Global is an Australian owned E-Retailing & software development Company with a specialty in Designer Products. Motion Global is aggressively expanding its internal IT Innovation Lab, its E-Marketing Institute and its Best Practice Operations Team by recruiting more dedicated staff. Our current team comprises of over 80 staff servicing our worldwide customers in over 10 languages.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to assist with the Company’s growth and its staff development. Reporting to the Directors of Motion Global you will be responsible for the strategic management and day-to-day implementation of our Human Resource requirements.
Your role will include:
- Being responsible for the complete Human Resource process from job placements, hiring, ongoing staff evaluation and talent management.
- Using smart and proven strategies to recruit the best possible staff within a defined budget
- Hiring local and international staff in our IT, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Evaluating and maintaining staff relations
- Managing mentoring, staff development and training programs
- Champion the full development of the Company’s unique vibrant internal culture
- Reporting to the Directors monthly in accordance with specified goals.
The candidate will have the following competencies
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within a local and international setting.
- Excellent can do attitude with a drive to work hard
- Understanding of what it takes to manage the full HR process in a fast growing start-up company
- Excellent project management skills - ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others
- Ability to generate new ideas and innovative HR policies
- Ability to jump-start projects from scratch
- High energy with proven ethical integrity
- Fluent in English
