About the program
The Future Manager Program is Oriflame’s international Management Trainee program. It’s a tailor made program for exceptional young talents to fast track candidates into a top management role in the organization.
The successful candidate will start as “Area Sales Manager” and be part of the management team in one of the company subsidiaries spread across China. You will work closely with 30-40 sales consultants in a specified region assisting them to grow in Oriflame’s success plan. You are expected to contribute from day one, quickly adapt to the culture and within 2-3 years take on a senior position in one of the subsidiaries in China or internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise sales consultants, including provide sales guidance, recognize top performers, manages consultants’ sales performances and motivates sales team.
- Establishes regional sales targets and develops regional sales strategies to achieve company goals;
- Recognize development needs and capability gaps in sales team, provide regular training on product knowledge and sales skills.
- Work collaboratively with sales consultants to achieve business results and coaches them
- Gain confidence and respect of others through a positive and energizing style;
- interpret business issues and challenges; resolve operational problems that impact the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Report to the regional sales manager
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Super positive candidate with a relevant University degree and 2-3 years of proven track within sales and leadership
- We expect you to possess exceptional leadership abilities in order to drive and motivate teams to an extraordinary level of achievement.
- Candidates who are used to work under hard pressure and deliver results beyond expectation
- The candidates must have a great passion for growing other people and through passion, energy and drive ensure it will happen
- Willingness to travel and relocate as part of the Future Managers program
- Strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Fluent in English Chinese
- Outstanding Verbal Communication Skills
- Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
- Flexible working hours, working weekends may required
