Thirsty Work Productions (TWP) is looking for a Chinese editor to translate copy and produce articles for DRiNK magazine, a fast-growing B2B publication focusing on the Chinese drinks and hospitality industries.
Responsibilities will include translating articles from English to Chinese based on alcoholic spirits, cocktails, wine and beer, as well as interviews with successful bar operators and up-and-coming bartenders and sommeliers. As the job develops, the successful candidate will also be trained to write articles and interview subjects for the magazine.
The preferred candidate will have:
* Strong written and spoken English comprehension
* Fluent, stylish and dynamic written Mandarin
* Some experience either in the hospitality industry, F&B public relations, or advertising
* A real interest in bar culture, nightclubs, restaurants and a willingness to learn about drinks
TWP is a two-year-old company based in Shanghai offering consulting services to the bar industry as well as creating content for DRiNK Magazine, a bilingual hospitality industry B2B publication.
