Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Expat with master degree in Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent..
2. Interior designer with above 8 years experience in interior / decoration design for F&B public facilities (hotel, resort, clubs or restaurants).
3. Creativity and passion in design, experience in luxurious hotel design in preferred.
4. High level of design, space planning, material selection and presentation skills.
5. Mature and possess good interpersonal skill, communication skill and leadership..
6. Good knowledge of interior technique and construction.
7. Have hand-drafting abilities, good command of softwares such as Sketch-up, Photoshop, CAD and PP.
8. Working experience in international architect firms or international interior design firms is an important criterion.
9. Able to be in charge of the result of the design project and report to the business owner
10. Have good communication and coordination abilities, be able to explain the design to the client
11. Have good project management, cost control, work plan and progress control abilities
12. Fluent in English, oral and written are necessary. Oral Chinese would be a plus.
13. Willing to be in Shanghai, China.
