Knowledge and Skills
1. Near-native English speaker, College-level writing ability is preferred;
2. 2-3 years English teaching experience, especially to ages 11-17;
3. A good understanding of Chinese education system, grades 6-12 preferred;
4. Familiarity with American secondary education reading programs and education software preferred; Familiarity with SAT, GRE and other high-stake tests in the States preferred;
5. Have a good understanding of the needs of young ESL learners;
6. Good computer skills e.g.: Word , Powerpoint, Excel
Personal Qualities
1. Excellent communication skills;
2. Able to work as a good team player;
3. Able to take instruction and work independently to meet established deadlines and quality requirements;
4. Efficient and conscientious worker;
