Legal Counsel / Legal Assistant
The Legal Counsel / Assistant acts as internal consultant. The role involves identifying and managing legal issues across the firm in the fields of labor law, corporate issues and general commercial law. The Legal Counsel/ Assistant also provide preliminary counseling services in these fields of law to customers of the company. Furthermore, the Legal Assistant is involved in compliance matters.
