· University graduated, MBA would be a plus
· Native English, spoken Mandarin preferred
· At least 2 years experiences in Sales, particularly in Real Estate, Hotel, and Service Industries
· Team working skill, open minded, and highly social
· Responsible, independent, and good time management
· American and British preferred.
Job Description
· Actively promote the center
· Attend and plan functions and parties to expand your network
· Formulating creative Business Development and Sales Strategies
· Perform Cold calling and Blitz Calls regularly
· Handling Sales Leads and negotiations effectively
· Maintaining good relations with clients
· Building Rapport with Associations, American Chambers of Commerce
· Ensure records and general accounts are maintained
