About Minzu University of China College of Tibetan Studies |
Responsible and experienced teacher required for the College of Tibetan Studies, Minzu University of China, Beijing, China to start in February/March 2011. Under- and postgraduate students in the COTS receive extra English lessons in addition to normal university English classes in order to prepare them for the College's exchange programme with universities outside China and for IELTS or TOEFL. The successful candidate will be required to teach a minimum of 12 class hours. Pay will be from 4500-5000 for a ten-month rolling contract. Payment is given for January and February holidays but not for the summer July/August holiday. Fully furnished luxury apartment with all facilities is provided.

MA plus two years experience.

TEFL qualification
Some familiarity with Tibetan language and culture.
Experience of living in China.
