Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor
Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Oversees inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards of strength, quality, and endurance. Also responsible for operating mechanical and electrical test equipment to check apparatus for conformance to standard requirements. Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group. Familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures of the furniture industry. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
? At least four years experience in a quality assurance managerial position. A related technical knowledge is highly preferable.
? Sound understanding of consumer product quality standards. Furniture knowledge preferable.
? Have communication skills, team work and solving skills
? Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
? To implement, organize and monitor QC inspectors and their adherence to QC procedures.
? Supervise and train QC Inspectors to ensure that product quality is properly inspected before shipment.
? To inspect product/merchandise and to ensure that all specifications and quality standards have been adhered to.
? To collect historical data (PC comment, CAP, reject rate, charge back, failed inspection …) of product/vendor to support the development of appropriate QC procedures.
? To support the QC inspector in solving quality issues found and ensure all failed products be corrected by the factory and re-inspected before shipment
