Direct Sales Manager

   

·        The selected candidate will be Responsible for building a new activity of direct sales, including,  strategies, processes and systems

·        The selected candidate will be in charge of acquiring long term customers and increasing the value of existing customers within the objective of obtaining profit and growth goals defined by the company's management and managing the synergy between the various sales channels.

 

Responsibilities

·        Management of all direct sales activities to customers - including, call center, web site and other direct sales activities

·        Management  of direct sales to the business and to the privet sectors- including,  sales appliances and consumables and forming long term service agreements with customers

·        Management of the company's sales call center Increasing product demand and building new direct sales  channels

·        Developing and conveying sales forecasts - to the company's Finance Department  and CEO

·        Pricing products and services for direct sales


  Roles and Relationships

·        Subordinate to the company's CEO

·        A member of the company's management team

·        Responsible for the sale call center and all other direct sales activities and initiatives 

·        Close interface and coordination with the marketing department

·        Responsible for working with all of the units in the company:

 

1.      Distribution and Logistics

·        Responsible for providing a direct sales forecasts concerning the installers' work plan

·        Provides direct sales forecasts to support inventory management

·        Supervises direct sales activities  in the various field units

 

2.      Service

·        Customer retention as a  main goal (during both the  stage of closing the deals as well as along the lifetime of the service agreements)

·        Sales  of consumables and service agreements

 

3.      Marketing

·         work together with marketing department to enhance sales and customers' longtime relationships

·        Creating cooperative ventures with companies in the relevant market

 

Job Specifications

·        At least approximately 7 years experience in direct sales management

·        At least 4 years experience in management of direct sales activities

·        3-4 years working experience with international companies

·        Acquaintance with sales practices and  channels in China

·        Acquaintance with the Chinese consumers' trends, culture and behaviors

·        Experience in building direct sales activities and systems in the field of consumers' appliances – a must

·        Experience in products with significant after sales activities (consumables sales and service) - an advantage

·        High level of English

·        High learning skills
