Be responsible for providing students with advice, solutions and help to ensure they have the best learning experience with Language Learning Solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reply to students’ requests through CRM system timely and effectively

2. 
Assist students with all the queries related to online school and help improving student’s learning experience.

3.
Handle complaints, propose solutions and preserve a positive product image.

4. 
Work closely with the Operations/Production team in Language Learning Solutions to assist B2B customers, be aware of and support new corporate campaigns.

5.
Constantly keep up-to-date templates for students.

6.
Carefully test issues raised by students. If reproducible escalate to responsible teams.

7.
Maintain a smooth communication with other stakeholders (EAST, DELEX, IT, production and content).


Requirements:

1. Highly responsible and devoted to work

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner

3. High team Spirits and working well in a team environment

4. Strong internet knowledge preferred and Familiar with Microsoft Office

5. Well-organized and able to work under pressure

6. French & Spanish speaker

7. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

8. University Graduate

9. Over 2 years working experience and Customer Service Related experience preferred
