The Japan Product Manager will be responsible foroperatingPopCap’s first set of “free-to-play” social games in Japan.Success in this role demands a native understanding of the Japanese games market and player behavior as well as close collaboration with support teams in China.The JapanProduct Manager will also work with PopCap’s third party operations partners in Japanto help them successfully operate the same products.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
·Operate PopCap’s “free-to-play” online and social games effectively to maximize profitability without sacrificing an immersive, quality player experience, which includes:
oModerate social game community to ensure message stay on topic and to provide valuable user feedback and user insights to the core operations team.
oCommunicate with platform partners to ensure we are aware of any upcoming changes to the service.
