Learning & Development Specialist / Trainer (Fashion Retail)


Responsibilities:

 

· Build up Training & Development plan for our client,

(in order to assist/ lead their organization’s growth and perform better )

· Implement & conduct curriculum courses, classroom training and field coaching

· Responsible for training plans and training reports

· Prepare and translate training materials

· Conduct orientation for new employee

 

 

Requirements:

 

· Degree Holder in Retail Management, Training & Development or related disciplines;

· A minimum 4 years training experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, cosmetic or hospitality   industry

· Hands-on experience in developing and conducting Coaching program

· Hands-on experience in developing and conducting Training program in particular customer service and selling skills

· Proactive, organized, detail-minded, strong analytical-minded and willing to take up challenge;

· Mature, Self-motivated, Pleasant, Independent, willing to work overtime;

· With excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with people at different levels;

· Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to conduct trainings (additional language such us French, Korean… is a bonus) 

 

Career Level - Senior

Yr(s) of Exp - Minimum 4 years working experience in training (Bonus with Luxury/ retail industry)

Qualification - Degree (with NLP certificate)
