Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our BUBD (Business Unit/ Business Development) Team. This person will be tasked with managing specific products for manufacture and delivery to our customers by leading the communication with factories, customers, and internal company departments.
1) Factory Sourcing
2) Factory Negotiation
3) Customer Communication and Customer Service
4) Project Management for specific trading projects and accounts
5) Pricing
6) Account Management (lead-times, coordination with all relevant departments, clear expectations set-forth to both factory and customer
7) Maintaining production schedules
8) Solving problems and meeting customer requirements favorably
9) Contracts & Agreements
10) Running Weekly Agenda Meetings
11) Maintaining timely product and factory database for area of account management
Job Requirement:
1) University Degree in Business or related discipline
2) 5 years experience in foreign trade activities
3) Excellent spoken and written English
4) Ability to budget, forecast, and maintain Profit & Loss sheets will be a big plus
5) Experience in hardline consumer products
6) Experience with taking care of USA customers directly
7) Keen business sense
8) Good negotiation skills
9) Ability to implement cost down initiatives
10) Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
