Operations Manager (Director Level) – Guangzhou
Reporting directly to the Managing Director based in Shanghai, responsibilities include :
· Conducting complex risk mitigation consulting assignments throughout the PRC including working closely with PRC authorities
· Responsible for business development in the Guangzhou area
· Preparation of client reports
· Supervising in-house risk mitigation consulting professionals and other office staff
· Working closely with clients
· Monitoring of quality control
· Training of risk mitigation consulting staff
The qualified candidates should possess :
· A minimum of ten years service at a senior level in the risk mitigation consultancy business (in either government or private sector)
· Outstanding leadership qualities
· Business development skills
· Bilingual English and Chinese language skills
