Duties:
- Work closely with R&D team in Europe with updating the technology
- Work with the factory export managers on the term and quality issues
- Physically check the workmanship of the production before dispatch
- Meet bike business professionals and attend the special fairs and venues
- Report the market data and the contracted factory data
- Organise the business visits to China with company representative (4x / year)
Personality:
- The candidate shall be able to work independently
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work under schedule pressure.
- Able to meet the work-hours in EU (time shift)
- Previous experiences in the bicycle and electric bicycle industry are welcomed, but not required.
