Position: PCBA Expert—Process Control—Electronic Control Parts of home application products
Goal of this role: To improve our engineering ability of manufacturing PCBA parts of home application products, such as air-conditioner and wash machine
Main responsibility:
1. Set up PCBA manufacturing process control system files.
2. Set up Process improvement files
3. Conduct in process audit and evaluate its effectiveness
4. DFM guidance
5. SMT guidance
6. Set up technical standard of any related manufacturing process
Main requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 20 years of electronic industry working experience, with more than 10 years in PCBA welding.
2. Experience in setting up standard process documents in PCBA Engineering or Production would be a plus.
