The Office Manager will report directly to the CEO, head quartered in Hong Kong.
Day-to-Day: To be manage on-going operational issues for the China office and provide regular feedback to the CEO.
Team Management: Organise and manage the team, managing their workload and workflow, ensuring excellent staff motivation, time management and business output.
Human Resources: Handle the ongoing recruitment needs of the business in China, maintain staff attendance records, and handle staff issues and disciplinary.
Administration: Insurance, maintenance and repairs, office supplies, office-filing system management.
Reporting: Creation of output reports for review by the company management.
Other: Assist in ad hoc assignments as required, as well as support the project team where necessary
Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
Overseas educated, Bachelors Degree Holder
More than 5 years experience, preferably in management roles in international organisation
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
Outgoing, good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
