Koofeel Interior Design is seeking a foreign Interior Designer
Requirements:
1. For Senior Interior Designer, foreigner who can understand a little Chinese is better
2. Degree in interior design or equivalent from a western school or a leading Chinese design university
3. Strong creative/conceptual abilities
4. Familiarity with construction flow and good communication skills
5. Some experience and interest in decoration
6. Familiarity with CAD, Sketch Up and/or 3DMAX is a plus
7. Good language skills, and communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with client about the project
2. Conduct Space planning, conceptual design, design presentation, construction document preparation, site visits, etc
3. Choose materials, paint, and fitment for client
4. Manage and work with other designers and design assistant
5. Arrange the work for designers, control project schedule, provide some training and help to designers and designer assistants, survey the construction site, control project processes and whole effect
