We are looking for someone who would work onsite in Microsoft as a Forum Support Engineer.
The role of the position is to provide and facilitate the delivery of technical solutions and information to worldwide IT Professionals through forum-based electronic support.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
o Thai native speaker.
o Bachelor degree. Better in computer science or EE
o In-depth understanding MS products (SQL Server, Windows 7, Windows Server)
o Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English or Chinese and Thai which can easily translate MS products in local languages
