Title: Director of International Operations
Resource Intl., Inc., the leader in aftermarket performance radiators, is seeking a qualified individual to lead the Yangzhou branch office. Applicants should have an engineering background with a general knowledge of doing business in China. A valid passport with the ability to travel to the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan is required.
Job Tasks
*Manage a team of QC inspectors and logistics personnel
*Inspect and validate prototypes
*Qualify new suppliers
*Handle supplier relations
Skill Requirements
*Fluent in English
*Understanding of Chinese
*Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
*Understanding of Chinese business practices
*Understanding of basic accounting principles
*Understanding of general QC procedures
*College degree
Recommended Skills
*Knowledge of welding
*Knowledge of CNC, metal works
*Knowledge of pantone colors
*Knowledge of retail packaging and printing
*Knowledge / Ability to construct BOM, SOP
