Job Description:
The Communications and Publications team is responsible for the corporate communications and public affairs activities of the Chamber including: media relations management; issues management; production of a suite of corporate publications, including the flagship magazine, Insight; preparation of research reports and briefing material; preparation of communication plans and publicity material; and management of the AmCham Shanghai website.
The Communications Associate reports to the Director of Communications and Publications. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with the media to raise the profile of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Shanghai) in Chinese and Western media, translation and research work, and assisting with managing and implementing internal and external strategic communications plans.
