Job Title: Senior Research Associate (Japan)
Reports To: Research Manager
Location: Shanghai
Main Purpose of the Role: Take responsibility for all Japan related projects and manage day-to-day research operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively/efficiently and according to compliance rules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Network Development
? Develop and grow network in Japan
? Attend and recruit at networking or industry conferences
Process setup
? Continuously review processes and the service provided to clients
? Build up the recruiting framework (standardize the process, identify Japan related research tools)
