DatacenterDynamics currently has a fantastic opportunity for a driven Event Coordinator to join our Asia Pac Team based out of Shanghai. Being one of the fastest growing UK companies, there are endless career opportunities. Working in our Event Operations Team you will be responsible for the coordination and operations for a variety of events throughout the Asia Pacific. This role also includes a substantial amount of international travel.
We are a full service B2B information provider at the core of which is a unique series of events tailored specifically to deliver enhanced knowledge and networking opportunities to professionals that design, build and operate data centres.
To be successful at this role, you must:
? Be highly driven and self motivated
? Have an ability to work independently and meet tight and strict deadlines
? Have fluent verbal and written English communication skills
? Have strong organisational skills with a high ability to multi task
You will have event coordination experience where you have been required to work with international markets. You must also have experience in a client facing role, ideally with large multinational organisations.
Ability to speak another Asian language is advantageous but not essential.
