1. Manage the conception and in-depth tasks of project-designing
2. Assist the design department with adjusting project specs and communicate with constructors.
3. Assist the materials-choosing, directing, supervising for site-operations according to the blueprint, with experience for tracing, revising, optimizing, resolving and checking for technical problems of the upper-effects.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above of Interior Design or Environment architecture etc.
2. Above 8-10 years experiences in Interior Design of large hotels, apartments, chambers and sample-rooms .
3. Experienced with design for whole progress of project-drawing, effect-drawing shop-drawing, and effective co-operations for projects.
4. Effective abilities for client communication. Need success cases of long-term communicating with clients.
5. Able to finish cases of changing, communicating, auditing and applying for projects interior and exterior.
6. Able to direct in-depth designing and effect-drawing with the designers.
7. Able to lead a team to develop daily work etc.
