Responsibilities
Manage a human resources office in a global manufacturer and supplier of diesel engine parts, components, systems and fuel additives. Supervise a staff of three employees to include a Human Resources Administrator and two clerical staff. This position will be a key strategist in helping Stanadyne Corporation move forward in staffing, training and developing direct and indirect labor employees, drive the performance management process, be the "go to" person in all employee relations situations, and will plan, develop and implement incentive programs such as personal performance and employee retention plans.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology is required, along with 8 to 10 years of experience at a senior management level. Experience supervising employees, along with demonstrated knowledge and experience in staffing, training and development, job description development, compensation and incentive plans, and performance management.
