Responsibilities:
?Complete thorough healthcare industry and deal specific research
?Some traveling required
?Prepare deal summaries
?Maintain active relationship with target company management pre- and post-investment
?Participate and manage Commercial Due Diligence process
?Potentially participate in road shows in US and Europe
?Give general support to portfolio companies
?Potentially serve as active Board Member
Requirements:
?Healthcare industry experience required; please do not apply if you do not have healthcare industry research experience
?Able to work independently
?Strong drive, passion for the business; willingness to take on responsibility
?Fluency in English
?Strong business writing and speaking skills
?Superior references
