Thirsty Work Productions is looking for a Finance and Account Assistant to join its fast growing team. Responsibilities include:
Producing and managing client contracts
Client liaison and accounts receivables
Producing weekly finance reports and monthly P&L sheets
Assistance to the Managing Director
Weekly office expenses and bank transactions
The candidate does not need to be a qualified accountant, but some accounting experience is preferred, and at least one year's work experience. The candidate should be a native Chinese speaker and have conversational English.
TWP is a two-year-old company based in Shanghai offering consulting services to the bar industry as well as creating content for DRiNK Magazine, a bilingual hospitality industry trade publication.
