Summary
We are offering the opportunity for a talented individual with an interest in gaining holistic insight into an entrepreneurial pursuit. You have a unique opportunity to work on the organization’s global expansion into the Asian market as the Regional Talent Manager.
As the Talent Manager for China you will have the ability to set the organization’s strategic and business direction for sourcing talent in this region. You will gain invaluable experience and feedback on how to grow and develop a global business and online network through hands-on experience. You will work in a truly global organization with China offices in Shanghai and Beijing, communicate and as well as work with people both internally and externally from all over the world. You will grow your own personal network on a global scale by being in contact with students from all over the world both online and offline. This is a truly life changing experience for the selected individual to be in on the ground floor of an organization which will change how the world defines, selects, understands, works with and connects talent.
Responsibilities include but are certainly not limited to
? The creation and implementation of sourcing relationships throughout both universities and student organizations in the China market
? Management of the members in the China network through both online and offline marketing and event coordination
? Interaction with our Selection Team to identify to help facilitate your specific targets within universities and organization
? Set up and manage an network of student ambassadors at top universities to support in the membership sourcing
? Analyzing and providing insight regarding the China sourcing activities and membership composition
Position Requirements:
? Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
? Open to all majors but Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing are of particular interest for this role
? 1-3 years work experience, preferably within talent management or recruitment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Fluency in both English and Mandarin
