Job Purpose:
The Operation Manager is responsible for key back of office departments including Warehousing & Logistics, Purchasing, Public Relations and Stewarding & Maintenance. The Operation Manager will play a critical role with the company’s leadership team and will drive strategic initiatives across multiple restaurants, cities, and regions. He/She will also work closely with Quality Assurance, and Opening Team departments to deliver exceptional and highly efficient services to the company and its public customers.
Keys to success for the Operation Manager include strong strategic and tactical thinking combined with a solid foundation in operations. The Operation Manager must have the ability to identify opportunities to improve operating performance and drive world class solutions that bring significant efficiency gains for the company. Successful functioning of the Operation Manager requires the ability to cooperate with major vendors, suppliers and business partners in China/Asia
