After Sales Workshop Process Specialist
Tasks:
1. Support layout design process by commenting / adjusting received proposal according to valid guidelines and best business practice; Follow up new PC (pre-opening) development and coordinate accordingly all AS related activities;
2. Ensure smooth tools and equipment supply process to the network; Establish close cooperation with local tools and equipment suppliers and ensure favourable business model; Regularly investigate market and alternative supply channels for tolls and equipment; Regular inspection of dealer facilities regarding on site functionality and usage check. Investigate, promote and check usage of approved tools and equipment in the network according to the valid guidelines
3. Establishing and maintaining fair business relation with local national parts suppliers in terms of planning, pricing, support, marketing and reporting.
4. Preparation, organization and monitoring of periodical dealer network checkups against the valid standards. Measures preparation and reporting
Requirements:
1. University degree in Engineering
2. Excellent English knowledge
3. Broad IT experience
4. At least 5 years After Sales retail (workshop) experience with comparable brand (BMW, Merc, Audi, VW…) or on similar job
5. Good knowledge of AS retail processes and procedures
6. Familiar with operation and usage of standard automotive equipment and tools
