About Forever21 Shanghai Representative Office |
Main Responsibility:
1. Based on HQ’s need, work with Office manager to make sure that the structure in place of Shanghai and Guangzhou Office fits the needs of the company & that it is as cost efficient & efficient as possible; Improve the quality of the team either by close collaboration & training or by replacement in necessary;
2. Work with HQ and Office manager, to make sure that the role & expectation of each member of the teams is clear to everyone in order to stream line work flow & increase efficiency.
