Responsible for receiving the incoming mails, calls and emails in a professional way
Be responsible for traveling arrangements (hotel/flight booking, transport arrangement etc)
Be responsible for CEO’s personal issues
1.2 Arrange various meetings and take minutes when required
1.3 Assist the CEO in managing and consolidating the business information in various functional areas as required
1.4 Prepare the Expense Claim Reports
1.5 Other works required by CEO
2. Responsible for Office Administration Issues
2.1 Be responsible for traveling arrangements (hotel/flight booking, transport arrangement etc) for other expatriates managers
2.2 Be responsible for the internal and external communications
2.3 In charge of the administration issues for the Foreign Employees such as employment permit and residence permit
3. Responsible for HR administration support
3.1 Support the implementation of the company HR policies within the Office effectively
3.2 Assist in the interview arrangements and Enrollment & exit procedures for Shanghai employees if necessary
3.3 Assisting in the employee’s club issue such as employee outing arrangement and etc
Education and qualification requirement: - University graduate - At least 5 years' relevant experience in a multinational corporation. Prior exposure in medical industry is preferred; - Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy; - Working smart and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility; - Enable to work efficiently under pressure and multi-task; - Good command of spoken and written English; - Good skills in PC and relevant systems.
