Job Details: Position: Business Development Manager (Location: Shanghai, China) Report to: Business Development Director Main responsibilities : 1. In coordination with the Commercial Department, set up the strategy to expand the customer base in the assigned market. 2. Identifying new prospects and promoting sales in the industrial, warehousing, office and R&D center projects regarding German corporate accounts. 3. Propose and organize marketing activities and events in China. 4. Build and maintain a good relationship with German corporate accounts, the related organizations, medias and business associations. 5. Expand the network of commercial partnerships, 6. Elaborating timely customized and innovative proposals and participate to negotiating commercial contracts. 7. Participate with sales activities with other sales divisions within GSE Group and with internal departments involved in the sales effort (Marketing & Communication Departments) The Ideal candidates must have the following qualifications : 1. Minimum 6 years’ experience in areas of sales development within the construction sector. 2. Good networking skills and customer-orientation 3. University degree or above, major in marketing / business / management, Engineering Diploma holder would be an advantage 4. The candidate should have a mature personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.
