Primary Objectives:
1. Develop independent and strong auto market sales channel in major areas, assist regional sales manager and vertical market lead in managing channels, give full support to channels to boost sales in these market and reach regional sales target.
2. Build and maintain good relationship with key accounts that cannot be covered by channels to introduce Tennant solution to the customers and penetrate into these markets.
Job Description:
- Assist regional sales manager and auto market lead in developing effective auto market and sales strategies to drive regional vertical market business.
- Develop independent and strong auto market sales channel in the region.
- Build, maintain and continuously improve the relationship with key accounts to achieve long-term business plan.
- Be the regional auto market sales contact window for distributors and key accounts.
- Work with vertical market lead to provide distributors with direction, training & support in the areas of sales, marketing & general business development.
- Work with distributors in the development in auto market and visit customers with distributor sales rep regularly.
- Manage local sales channel, monitors its performance, and provide channel evaluation and development plan to regional sales manager and auto market lead.
- Submit weekly report to regional sales manager and auto market lead.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor degree with above 5 years related experience in Auto/cleaning industry.
-Be familiar with China auto OEM & tier market.
2.COMPETENCIES
-Ability to work independently.
-Strong problem solving ability.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Able to use basic computer applications.
-Capability & desire to work hands on with equipment.
-Good English skills both in written and spoken.
-A self-starter and a team-player, results-oriented, willing to travel.
