Responsibilities:
GenScript is one of the leading CRO companies serving pharmaceutical industry and academia. As one major player in the Antibody Engineering Department, the incumbent is expected to establish technologies needed for the generation of therapeutic antibody candidates within the department and the company. He/she is required to identify novel business opportunities, propose strategies to address unmet challenges, make implementable work plans, lead and directly participate in the investigation and write reports. He is also expected to participate in marketing and business development activities.
Requirements
1. Demonstrated track record of antibody and protein engineering technology innovation and process optimization
2. Excels in a collaborative work environment
3. Strong inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills
4. Strong oral and written communication abilities
5. Highly organized, strongly motivated and self-initiated
6. Superior problem solving skills
7. Industrial experience preferred
Education/Experience Required:
1. Ph. D. in biochemistry, immunology or a related field
2. At least five years experience in antibody and protein engineering
