Example of Duties:
· Provide overall management of hospital facilities including maintenance, engineering, housekeeping and biomedical engineering, ensure all these departments function in a cost-effective and smooth manner;
· Provide expert knowledge in facility management administration, technical, and management issues;
· Conducts inspections of the facility to review operations, note deficiencies, and to implement improvement techniques to services and operations where needed.
· Conduct annual departmental budget; monitor and ensure adherence to budget; evaluate and control maintenance and other miscellaneous costs.
· Ensure facilities management plan is implemented in compliance with JCI standards and government regulations.
· Provide work assignment, training and performance evaluations to all managers and supervisors in facilities department.
· Other tasks or projects as assigned.
Minimum Education Requirement- college degree in engineering Minimum Experience Requirement- over 10 years of relevant working experience, min 5 years as a team leader.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities- strong communication and interpersonal skills, good team leader, experienced in staff management, sound knowledge of related legislations and compliance with JCI standard; good command of English
Hospitality background is preferred.
