We are a 90 years old foreign company specialized in equipment for oil and gas sector. Our headquarter is currently located in Europe and we are operating in China from our Shanghai office. We currently work and distribute our products from local Chinese agents on different markets. We aim to growth quickly in China. A new bigger office will be open by the end of the year in Shanghai. A foreign manager is currently handling technical, sales and marketing on behalf of the company. We are currently looking for a full time assistant to support him in its tasks. Hence, we are looking for a local Chinese assistant to work with him closely. Depending on the performance of the people on this job, future tasks might be to take more responsibilities in our company
Job responsibilities: - Operate researches on Chinese website to identify new prospects and new companies operating in our sector. - Perform cold calling to pre-qualify them and possibly get appointment (you will get directions and support from Manager to help you) - Translate marketing tools such as Powerpoint presentation and brochure in Chinese. - Being interpreter in case of presentation at prospect’s location (occasional business trip may occur). - Help in administrative tasks - Any other tasks assigned by manager - Answer phone
Profile More than a people with diploma and grade, we are first looking for a character and a people with personality, willingness to thrive in a growing company, able to take responsibilities and work professionally. Here are the criteria we will look for first:
- Self starter character and able to take initiative - Curious people: able to ask question and find out by him/herself by searching answer when don’t understand or don’t know something - Pro efficient in using Windows, Powerpoint, Excel, Word - Energetic and dynamic character, a winning purpose. - Self motivated person - People able to listen and follow instruction given by manager. - Native Chinese speaker + English fluent mandatory, French is a plus
Having experience in oil and gas industry would be a plus.
