Job Description:
? Develop integrated communications plans through defined platforms, including website, company video, trade shows & conferences, print and digital advertising, press releases and relationship marketing.
? Oversee and be the point person for events and venues for exhibitions, hospitality, press, sales, and promotional opportunities
? Lead the development communications materials: press releases, newsletters, and other forms of correspondence and documentation
? Establish the brand identity and brand strategy of the company through visuals, color statements, product packaging, company slogans etc
? Roll out the co-op marketing activities with channels and business partners for the promotion of the products and technology
? Develop Effective Metrics Programs. Insure that every campaign has specific objectives and metrics that are tracked and captured to insure ROI and new learnings / insights
Education:
Bachelor and / or Postgraduate degree in Marketing or other relevant field. MBA a plus.
Work Experience:
1. 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally encompassing both B2B and B2C marketing
2. 5+ years of management responsibility in China
3. Proven ability to build and manage a marketing team that can create and develop brand value
4. Experience with the legalities and constraints of marketing
5. Strong understanding of cross-functional inter-dependencies between Marketing, Sales, Logistics and Finance
Skills:
1. Strong understanding of Chinese mentality, business culture, and consumer trends
2. Fluent English and Mandarin, native English speaker is a plus
3. Visionary, innovative, with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
4. Proficient MS Office user, ability to familiarize quickly with IT systems
