Responsibilities:
Enable S&OP with reliable information from production and marketing to allow 3 months horizon of capacity outlook.
Comprehend the current planning procedures to effectively enable Factory Level Planning, Plant Management, Central SC Purchasing, Finance/Budgeting, Central Operations
Establish KPI for management review and operational excellence
Capture historical data to determine Actual VS Forecast, Trend Analysis of Demand, Production and Inventory Loads
Requirements:
-worked for international companies
-understand best practice and can look at developing a strategic tool versus the current information only spreadsheet
